- Access to both the desktop and mobile device applications, where a custom dashboard can be created to preview regularly searched data in various reports, charts, and graphs.
- Access to not only base price data, but net price data, incentives and incentive values, current inventory, sales rates over several periods of time, sales comparable data, and much more-on every actively-selling production and semi-custom new home community in the Metropolitan Area. Data is updated every other month.
- The Ability to Download Data into several different reports, into a CSV file (viewable in Microsoft Excel), maps, graphs, and tables.
- Up to ten sets of custom credentials for ten different employees within your company. Subscribers choose who gains access within their companies, via an administrative panel accessed by a designated subscriber-administrator.
