In housing analytics terms, this means to really understand the housing market, one must get out from behind the desk- go out,
visit communities to see and hear what is happening. We do this so that we can deliver quality information. We are the housing market experts.
Jim and his Team spend most of their time in the field, talking with new home salespeople,
leasing agents, division personnel at all levels, debt, and equity lenders, investors, brokers, engineers, attorneys, and municipal leaders.
